Terms of Use

Last updated 25 September 2026

This is the agreement between you and Renovait LLC for the Rally app and this website. "We" means Renovait LLC throughout. Using Rally means you accept it. If you do not, do not use Rally.

Read this before you use Rally

Rally is not a coach, a trainer, a physiotherapist, a dietitian, a nutritionist or a doctor, and nothing in it is professional advice of any kind. It is a general fitness and information product. Everything it shows you is generated automatically from answers you typed in, without any qualified person reviewing your situation, your health, your injury history or your diet.

Physical training carries an inherent risk of serious injury, and in rare cases death. By using Rally you accept that risk voluntarily. Get medical clearance before you start. Stop immediately if anything hurts.

Nutrition information in Rally is not dietary advice and must not be treated as a meal plan. The calorie and macro figures are automated estimates read off a photograph by an AI model, and they are frequently wrong.

If you do not accept these things, do not use Rally. The two sections below set them out in full, and they are the terms on which Rally is offered to you at all.

What Rally is

Rally asks about your sport, your level and how you play, and builds a training plan from the answers. It gives you drills with rep targets, lets you log matches, tracks XP and a rank, puts you on a leaderboard, gives you an AI coach to message, reads a swing from still frames of a clip (Swing Lab), and reads calories and macros off a photo of a meal. That is the product.

It is general fitness and wellness information for healthy adults. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, not therapy, not rehabilitation, and not a substitute for a qualified professional who can see you, assess you and take responsibility for you. No doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or certified coach reviews the plan Rally produces for you, and Rally has no way of knowing your medical history, your injuries, your medications, your allergies or your body.

Health, injury and assumption of risk

This section is important and you should read all of it.

Get cleared before you start

Consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning, resuming or changing any exercise programme, and before acting on anything in Rally. This matters especially, but not only, if you:

  • have or have ever had a heart condition, chest pain, high or low blood pressure, a stroke, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy or a chronic illness;
  • have any joint, bone, muscle, tendon, ligament, back or neck problem, or are recovering from an injury, surgery or a concussion;
  • are pregnant, may be pregnant, or have recently given birth;
  • take any medication, are over 40 and inactive, or have been told by a professional to limit your physical activity for any reason.

If a healthcare professional tells you something different from what Rally shows you, follow the professional, not the app.

You assume the risk

You understand that physical exercise and racquet sport carry an inherent and unavoidable risk of physical injury, including sprains, strains, tears, fractures, heat illness, cardiac events, permanent disability and, in rare cases, death. These risks exist even where every instruction is followed correctly, and they cannot be eliminated.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all of those risks, whether known or unknown, and whether or not they arise from anything Rally showed you. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any drill, exercise, rep target, intensity, session or meal is appropriate for you, for your technique and form, for your equipment, and for the condition of the court or facility you are on. You participate at your own risk.

Listen to your body

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, nausea or any other symptom that concerns you. Never continue a drill because Rally set a rep target. A number on a screen has no idea how you feel, and completing it is never worth an injury. Rally will happily count reps you should not be doing.

Release of claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive and discharge Renovait LLC, and its members, officers, employees, contractors and agents, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action of any kind arising out of or relating to any injury, illness, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, disability, death, or loss or damage to property that results from or is connected with your use of Rally, including any claim alleging ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be released under the law that applies to you.

Nutrition information is not dietary advice

Renovait LLC is not a licensed dietitian or nutritionist, and Rally does not provide nutrition counselling, dietary advice, meal plans, or treatment for any condition. The Fuel feature exists to give you a rough, informational estimate of what is on a plate. That is all it is.

The calorie and macronutrient figures are produced by an artificial intelligence model looking at a photograph. It cannot weigh your food, see inside it, know how it was cooked, know how much oil or butter went into the pan, identify a substituted ingredient, or detect an allergen. The numbers are estimates and can be substantially wrong in either direction. Any accompanying note is generic commentary generated automatically, not guidance for you.

Do not use Rally to manage or monitor diabetes, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, a food allergy or intolerance, coeliac disease, pregnancy nutrition, a prescribed therapeutic diet, or any other condition where an inaccurate figure could harm you. Do not use it as a calorie-restriction tool if you have, or are at risk of, an eating disorder. Never rely on Rally to tell you whether a food is safe for you to eat.

Talk to a physician or a registered dietitian before making changes to your diet. If you are struggling with food or body image, please contact a qualified professional; in the United States the National Eating Disorders Association helpline is one starting point.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Renovait LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of Rally; any injury, illness or death you suffer or cause in connection with activity you undertook while using Rally; your reliance on any training, exercise, rank or nutrition information in the app; your breach of these terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of anyone else.

Your account

Rally has no sign in. When you first open the app it creates an anonymous account for you automatically, which backs up your progress and holds your leaderboard row. It is tied to that install of the app, so deleting the app or changing phones starts a new one and the old progress cannot be recovered. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission.

You may delete your data at any time in Settings, then Delete My Data (also on the subscription screen). That deletes the anonymous account, your backed-up history and your leaderboard row, and cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The leaderboard

The first name you enter, with your rank and XP, appears on a public board that anyone using Rally can see, unless you turn off Show me on the leaderboard in Settings. Do not put anything in the name field you would not want shown to strangers. Names are filtered for offensive words, and you can hide a name you find offensive from your own view. We may remove a name that is abusive, impersonating someone, or used to advertise.

Subscriptions and payment

Rally Pro unlocks the full training plan, every drill, full match history and Fuel scanning. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by country.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Cancel in Settings on your iPhone, under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple, not by us. We never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, and we cannot issue one. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may change; if they do, the change applies from your next renewal and Apple will tell you before it takes effect.

What you may not do

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute Rally's drills, plans or content.
  • Falsify your standing on the leaderboard, or write to another player's row.
  • Try to reach another user's data or account.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the app or its servers.
  • Upload photos or clips of anyone who has not agreed to it, or anything unlawful.

Who owns what

We own the Rally app, its content, its name and its design. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is in good standing. Anything you put into Rally stays yours; you grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, display your first name and XP on the leaderboard, and pass your coach messages, Swing Lab frames and food photos to the AI model that answers them.

Disclaimers

Rally is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We specifically make no warranty, and give no assurance, that: any drill, exercise, intensity or rep target is safe or appropriate for you; that any calorie, macronutrient or other nutrition figure is accurate; that following anything in Rally will improve your fitness, your game or your health; or that using Rally will not result in injury. Rally is generated automatically and is not reviewed by any qualified professional before you see it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Renovait LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, and are not liable for personal injury, illness, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, disability, death, emotional distress, medical expenses, lost earnings or lost time, arising out of or relating to your use of Rally, your reliance on anything in it, or any physical activity or dietary change you undertook in connection with it. This applies whether the claim is brought in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Rally is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. This limit reflects an allocation of risk that is a fundamental part of the bargain between us, and it applies even if a limited remedy is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Some places do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for personal injury or for gross negligence, recklessness or wilful misconduct, so parts of these sections may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Apple

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Rally or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Rally. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. If Rally fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government restricted-parties list.

Ending it

You can stop using Rally at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering Rally. If we stop offering Rally entirely, we will say so in advance and you will not be charged again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, the date at the top will change and the app will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Rally after that means you accept the new terms.
