A plan built round your level
Answer a short setup — your sport, your level, how you play, where you want to get to — and Rally lays out a week of training that matches it. Change sport later and the whole plan changes with it.
Tennis & Pickleball
Rally builds you a training plan for your level, drills you against it, logs your matches, and keeps a rank that only moves when you put the work in.

NTRP levels, service games, the deuce and ad courts, and drills that know the difference between a kick serve and a slice.
DUPR levels, the kitchen, dinks and third-shot drops. Not tennis with the words swapped out — a different court and a different game.

Serve, return, movement and consistency work, each with a target and a tap counter so a session is finished rather than abandoned. Mobility and fitness blocks sit alongside them.
Log a real match as you play it: aces, winners, unforced errors, the score. Rally keeps the history so the pattern you cannot feel in the moment shows up over a season.
Every session and every match banks XP. Beginner, Rally Ready, Club Level, League Threat, Tournament, Elite. It moves slowly on purpose, because a rank you can rush is not worth having.
Two boards, one tap apart: XP earned this week, and all time. The weekly board resets so a good week counts for something; the all-time board never does, so the work never stops counting.
Point the camera at a plate and Rally estimates the calories and macros off the photo. No weighing, no database search. Estimates only — Rally is not a dietitian and Fuel is not a meal plan.

Rally is a general fitness and information app. It is not medical, physiotherapy or nutrition advice, and nothing in it is reviewed by a qualified professional. Training carries a risk of injury — get medical clearance before you start, and stop if something hurts. Calorie and macro figures are automated estimates and are often wrong. See the Terms for the full position.
