Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
Apple holds the subscription, not us, so it is cancelled on your phone: open Settings, tap your name at the top (your Apple ID), then Subscriptions, then Rally, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app or deleting your data does not cancel anything.
I paid but Rally still says I am on the free plan
Open the Rally Pro screen and tap Restore at the bottom. That asks Apple what you own and re-applies it. Restore Purchases is also in Settings. If it still does not appear, make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with, then email us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, and we genuinely cannot issue one ourselves. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Your data
Do I need an account?
No, and there is no sign in. Rally creates an anonymous account automatically the first time you open it, with no email or password, to back up your progress and put you on the leaderboard. It is tied to this install, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone starts fresh. Your subscription follows your Apple ID and comes back with Restore.
How do I delete my data?
In Rally: Settings, then Delete My Data. The same option is on the subscription screen. It deletes your anonymous account, your backed-up history and your leaderboard row from our server, and wipes what is on the phone. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription. If you cannot get into the app, email us with the first name you used and roughly when you last trained, and we will find and delete it.
Take my name off the leaderboard
Settings, then turn off Show me on the leaderboard. You keep training and earning XP, you just do not appear to anyone else. If you see a name you find offensive, you can hide it from your view of the board, and telling us means we can remove it for everyone.
Does Swing Lab upload my video?
No. The app takes eight still frames from the clip on your phone and sends only those to be read. Our server does not keep them.
The app
Can I change sport after setup?
Yes. Settings, then the sport row. Switching rebuilds the plan for the new sport, because a pickleball plan and a tennis plan are not the same drills with different words.
The food scan got the numbers wrong
It will, often. It is a model reading a photograph, and it cannot weigh your food or know how much oil went in the pan. The figures are estimates, Fuel is not a meal plan, and Rally is not a dietitian. Do not rely on it for a therapeutic diet, an allergy, or any condition where a wrong number could hurt you. See the Terms.
Is Rally safe for me to train with?
We cannot answer that, and neither can the app. Rally builds a plan from a short questionnaire, with no qualified person reviewing it. The coach keeps any injury you told it about in mind, but it cannot examine you and does not know your health. Get medical clearance before you start, stop if anything hurts, and follow a professional over the app whenever the two disagree.
I lost my streak / my XP looks wrong
Email us with your first name and roughly when it happened and we will look at the account.
